Marc has over 26 years of corporate, commercial, transactional and corporate governance experience, with a primary focus on project development, project finance, construction and financial services across many industries including petrochemical, oil & gas and renewable energy. With extensive private practice and in-house experience with both large multinationals and small local companies, Marc has consistently provided valued, sought-after legal/business advice to senior management on a wide variety of significant and complex matters. Marc holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.
