Matt DeAmorim is building a legal practice in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Matt acts on a variety of securities matters and general corporate transactions including contested transactions, mergers and acquisitions, prospectus offerings, private placements, reverse takeovers, corporate governance matters, and securities regulatory matters.

During his legal studies, Matt was actively involved in his community and volunteered with the Western Business Law Clinic, providing legal information and services to small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs. He was also a peer mentor through the Western Law Peer Mentorship Program.
