Jham Law office is located in Mississauga. I consult clients on business incorporation, franchising, licensing, commercial contracts and business wills. I offer video meetings and phone consultations for clients located internationally or outside the GTA.My specializations include:providing legal advice to franchisors and drafting franchise agreements and disclosure documents representing franchiseesincorporating companies including professional corporations  advising on and drafting corporate minute booksrepresenting clients for business acquisitions and mergerssale and purchase of businessdrafting commercial contracts advising on estate matters and drafting wills for individuals and business ownersproviding business verification opinion letters for employer’s immigration work permit I am also a trained mediator and I regularly volunteer in community mediation services. I am currently a board member of Brampton Community Mediation Services.
