Megan’s previous practice in the Commercial Property Group at Singleton Reynolds focused on structuring and operating a busy loan program and acting for vendors and lenders in commercial real estate transactions.  She is also very interested in animal law and helping improve the lives of all animals.Previously, she summered and articled at a large international law firm, where she gained experience with general corporate practice assisting private companies, charities, and not-for-profit organizations in connection with numerous transactions and ongoing governance issues, and assisting issuers and underwriters with financing and corporate restructuring.  Megan also worked as a Review Officer (Student Intern) at WorkSafeBC, and as the Public Interest Coordinator in the Career Services Office at the Peter A. Allard School of Law.
