Melanie is a law clerk in the firm’s Real Estate Group. She specializes in dealing with large-scale condominium projects from onset to completion. Her work includes drafting and preparing interim and final documentation, administering and managing purchase and sale files, attending to interim and final closings and assisting in all aspects of real property transactions. She also has experience with residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, sales and financing.
