Michael Butterfield is an ADR professional based in Victoria, BC. Michael practices throughout BC and the Yukon. His approach to all matters to is to offer value through collaboration and principled negotiation. He is a Certified Family Law Arbitrator and ICBC roster Arbitrator. He is a strong advocate for med/arb. Michael also prepares Views of the Child and s. 211 reports for court. He has recently been published in the CBABC BarTalk and ADR Introspectives on the topic of fast track arbitration practice management, building a better ADR toolkit. He is a founding member of the CBA Unbundled law Section and a continuing member of the section board.
