Michael Frey has 30 year’s experience in the practice of civil litigation.   He has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.Michael’s practice includes:  aboriginal and treaty rights claims; employment and labour law; estate litigation; commercial litigation; property disputes; and professional regulation.  Michael has also been appointed amicus curiae by the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
