Monique Evans practices transportation law with a particular focus on railway matters, and general commercial and civil litigation.Monique has acted on a range of railway related matters, and in particular rates and service disputes. She has experience with final offer arbitration, level of service arbitration, and proceedings before, the Canadian Transportation Agency. In addition, Monique has court experience in BC’s Provincial and Supreme Courts, the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. She has acted on a variety of civil and commercial matters.
