Description
Monique Shebbeare is a wills, estates and fertility lawyer in in Vancouver. Monique helps individuals and couples with their estate planning – preparing wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements for clients, as well as assisting executors with obtaining probate. She became interested in fertility law after she had her own child through donor conception. In fertility law, Monique prepares sperm, egg and embryo donor agreements, as well as surrogacy agreements. Monique grew up in Vancouver before doing her undergraduate degree in psychology at McGill and her law degree at the University of Toronto. Monique was initially called to the Ontario Bar in 2001 then to the BC Bar in 2006.
