Description
Naomi is skilled at negotiating with multiple stakeholders on complex municipal and land use planning matters. She is an effective advocate who draws on her passion for city building and experience navigating the planning process to deliver strategic advice to help her clients with development approvals.

Naomi is a member of the firm’s Municipal & Land Use Planning Group. She assists landowners, applicants and developers with securing development approvals, including processing planning applications from pre-consultation through to approval. She also advises clients on official plan and zoning by-law amendments, site plan approvals and minor variance applications.

Naomi regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal.
