Description
Natalie Kolos is a litigator who frequently acts for municipalities, school boards, police services, transportation providers and other clients in all manner of claims.

She represents clients in complex tort litigation involving public entity defence, professional negligence, Charter claims, property damage and occupiers’ liability. She has particular proficiency in the defence of defamation claims and has acted as counsel on a number of successful “anti-SLAPP” motions. Natalie has appeared at all levels of Court in Ontario and has acted as lead counsel at trial, on judicial review and on appeal. Outside of the courtroom, Natalie often provides practical, discreet risk management advice to both individuals and organizations.
