Nathan completed his undergraduate degree in political science (with distinction) at the University of Victoria. His legal studies were completed at BPP University Law School in London, England and at the University of Edinburgh, where he received a masters in law. Nathan was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2016 after completing his articles with a boutique family law firm. Nathan is passionate about understanding and telling your story. Where there are children of the marriage he is always mindful that the heart of every solution in family law puts the interests of those children first. He encourages and facilitates negotiation to settle issues but will effectively litigate for you when necessary.
