Nathaniel Misri’s practice includes a variety of corporate and commercial law matters, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and debt and equity financing transactions. Mr. Misri works with a wide variety of clients, including in the following industry sectors: agriculture, energy, manufacturing, natural resources, retail and wholesale, science and technology, transportation, banking and real estate.  After finishing law school, Mr. Misri completed the judicial clerkship program with the British Columbia Supreme Court.
