Description
Neelofar Haseeb is a member of Beard Winter’s Insurance Litigation group. Her diverse practice includes commercial general liability, professional negligence, subrogation claims, personal injury, product liability, property damage, fire loss and occupier’s liability.

Prior to joining Beard Winter, Neelofar practised at a prominent litigation firm in Ottawa, primarily in insurance defence and civil litigation.

Neelofar completed her dual Juris Doctor and Master’s degree from the University of Ottawa and Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University. She uses her research and advocacy skills to achieve the best outcome for all her clients.

During law school, Neelofar worked in the tenant law division of the University of Ottawa’s Community Legal Clinic where she represented low-income clients in a variety of tenancy matters. She also clerked for judges of the Ontario Court of Justice.

Neelofar is multilingual and fluent in Farsi/Dari, Hindi/Urdu, and have a working knowledge of Pashtu.
