Omar Mashnuk is building a broad practice covering all areas of commercial real estate, including commercial leasing, condominium law and development, the acquisition and sale of all types of real property, financing and secured lending. He routinely assists some of Canada’s largest condominium developers in all stages of the development process.

During his legal studies, Omar was a caseworker and a student director for Western’s Business Law Clinic, where he provided a range of low-cost corporate legal services to startups and small businesses in his community. Prior to law school, he was a team leader, then student director at Western’s Democracy Lab, where he wrote a number of reports on political risks around the world.
