Description
Parker Mckibbon is an associate in the Corporate Group. His practice focuses on project development and project finance, construction, infrastructure, energy, banking, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial law.

Parker routinely advises lenders, owners, developers, purchasers, government agencies, and contractors on the development, financing, construction, acquisition, and disposition of projects in a variety of different industries, including the power, renewables, construction, infrastructure (P3) and oil and gas industries. He has extensive experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating project development and project finance agreements.

In addition, Parker regularly advises clients on banking and mergers and acquisition matters.

Professional Activities
Parker is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.

Background
Prior to his legal career, Parker worked as a mainline pipeline and utility labourer in the Greater Toronto Area and in northern Alberta. Parker utilizes this experience to provide practical legal advice to his clients.

Before joining Stikeman Elliott, Parker practised in the Calgary office of another leading national law firm.
