Paul Dimerin has a corporate and business law practice with a focus on equity financings and securities offerings, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers and other business combination transactions. He has assisted clients in various industries including life sciences, cannabis, technology and consumer goods. Additionally, Paul assists clients in the Canadian investment industry regarding securities regulatory and fund formation matters.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Paul was an associate at a leading full-service national law firm where he practiced corporate and securities law. Before earning his law degree, he worked in marketing and brand management in various industries including fast moving consumer goods, real estate and tech.
