Description
Philip’s practice focuses on employment law and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Koskie Minsky, Philip practiced law as a litigation associate and then as sole in-house counsel at a mid-size multinational organization, with operations in Canada and the United States.
Philip has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and various administrative bodies; he has acted as counsel at various stages of the litigation process and represented clients in negotiations and mediations. During his LL.M., Philip taught courses on mediation and was a court appointed mediator. While completing his LL.B., Philip worked as a legal and policy researcher for the Commission for Public Complaints Against the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
