Pierre Asselin serves as a trusted advisor to a broad range of clients including individuals, small businesses, professionals, community organizations and First Nations. He has an extensive litigation focus with particular expertise in the areas of estate, dependency and capacity claims,shareholder oppression, breach of contract, negligence and breach of good faith and high conflict custody disputes. Pierre has successfully represented his clients’ interests at all levels of federal court, in all Alberta courts and numerous administrative tribunals. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2006.
