Description
Predrag practices exclusively in the area of Wills, Estates and Trusts, with a focus on contentious claims involving issues such as:

• Interpretation of wills
• Dependant relief
• Executor compensation
• Removal of executors
• Challenges to gifts
• Will challenges
• Transfers of assets into joint names
• Probate

Predrag also handles power of attorney disputes, mental capacity litigation, adult guardianship proceedings and trusteeship issues. He is currently the Vice Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Wills and Trusts subsection in Calgary and is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
