My practice at Overholt Law is focused primarily in our core practices areas of labour, employment, and human rights law. I also assist clients with issues that arise in other areas of law that intersect with the workplace including privacy law, occupational health and safety, and workers’ compensation matters. Our firm acts both for a great stable of corporate clients, as well as many individual employees seeking assistance. We pride ourselves on our understanding of and flexibility to handle both employer and employee sides of employment disputes, with a goal of achieving practical solutions to problems and early resolution to disputes whenever possible.
