Rachael specializes in providing comprehensive legal solutions for clients navigating the complexities of debt transactions. She acts for lenders and borrowers in structuring, negotiating, and documenting debt financings, including project finance, syndicated and bilateral loans, bonds, securitizations and other secured and unsecured debt arrangements. Her work spans across various sectors and structures, including business financings, energy and infrastructure financing, asset-based lending, public sector, municipal and not-for-profit transactions.

Negotiation & structuring: Working closely with clients to craft financing solutions that meet their unique transaction needs.
Transaction management: Overseeing all aspects of debt transactions, from initial term sheets to final closing, ensuring a smooth process.
Legal Advice & Risk management: Providing advice on a broad spectrum and debtor and creditor legal issues while managing legal risks.
