Rachelle Neubauer is a law clerk in the firm’s Tax Group. Her depth of experience includes registering business names, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships and extra-provincial limited liability companies as well as assisting with incorporations, annual resolutions, dividends, amendments, dissolutions and corporate maintenance. Rachelle also has experience in extra-provincial incorporations, dissolutions and registrations. She supports the firm’s tax practice by maintaining and updating corporate minute books, drafting documents, assembling record books and reporting on complex tax transactions.
