Description
Rana is the founder of Stellar Law. Her practice includes criminal defence, regulatory litigation, and select civil litigation. She appears regularly at the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, and the Federal Court of Ontario. Along with her trial experience, she is also an effective negotiator and has achieved notable success helping her clients resolve their matters through alternative dispute resolution.

She received her Bachelor of Laws degree from Bond University, where she placed on the Dean’s List for academic excellence. She was also awarded with specializations in Dispute Resolution, Public Law, Canadian Law and Practice and General Legal Practice. Following her graduation from Bond University, Rana obtained her Master of Laws degree, where she specialized in Corporate and Commercial Law. She was a recipient of several distinctions and ranked first in class for Global Investment Banking Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Practice and Procedure, and Insolvency Law.

Rana is an active member of the legal community and has been a volunteer lawyer with Pro Bono Ontario. She is a member of The Advocate’s Society, the York Region Law Association, the Criminal Law Association, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
