Rima Halabi is a client-focused and responsive business lawyer with experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. She assists Canadian and global clients on corporate and commercial matters and domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations.

She has extensive experience assisting on complex transactions, successfully managing all stages from due diligence to closing. In addition, she regularly reviews, drafts and negotiates transaction documents and commercial agreements.

As a member of McMillan’s Automotive Practice Group, Rima has developed insight and industry knowledge as she advises numerous clients in the automotive industry on a wide range of legal, business and regulatory issues.

Active in the legal community, Rima serves as a mentor with the Osgoode Women’s Network.
