Robert is Legal Counsel for KGHM International Ltd., a world leader in the extraction and processing of valuable metals. He provides counsel on the company’s corporate, operational and employment matters. Robert recently appeared, on behalf of KGHM, before the National Energy Board in the Trans Mountain Expansion Project Detailed Route Hearings.

Previously, Robert practiced civil litigation, including commercial, personal injury, insurance, disability, directors and officers liability, employment and administrative law.

Robert has represented clients at all levels of Court in Ontario, as well as various administrative tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal and the Workplace Safety Insurance Appeals Tribunal, Commission Inquiries and at mediations.

Robert is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the executive of the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association of the Ontario Bar Association and the Mensa Canada Society.
