Robert’s experience has been focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate governance, and he has acted for purchasers and vendors in connection with the acquisition or sale of assets and companies in the technology, film and movie, and marine transportation industries, amongst others. He has also advised borrowers and purchasers on the financing of the purchase and construction of containerships and worked with founders in the set-up of private equity and venture capital funds, and Robert is familiar with limited partnership structures and venture capital/debt investments.Prior to becoming a lawyer, Robert was a researcher in the field of molecular genetics and investigated lipid biosynthesis in plant systems.
