Description
Robert is a litigation associate who works with clients to minimize risk. He has experience drafting waivers of liability and participation agreements, and offers valuable insights on insurance coverage for errors & omissions, as well as commercial general liability policies.

With experience working with various charities, social clubs, schools, and not-for-profit entities, Robert provides expert advice on risk management and mitigation to directors, officers, and corporations.

In the event of litigation, Robert excels in navigating complex civil matters, particularly in the automotive and transportation sectors. He has a strong track record of representing clients in contractual disputes, arbitrations, small claims court, Superior Court, and class proceedings.

Prior to joining BLG, Robert managed an international Indigenous health research lab where he gained valuable insights gained from working with Indigenous communities in Canada on freshwater resource management and preservation.
