I practise municipal and planning law and act as a mediator and arbitrator in development and construction law disputes.
I represent applicants, owners, developers, builders, residents and objectors before municipal councils, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT), the Toronto Local Appeal Body (TLAB) and the courts concerning land use and building matters.
