Profile
For the past 25 years, Rupert has been engaged in the practice of law in the areas of Family Law, Child Protection and Child Welfare, Serious Personal Injury and Criminal Defense. He has extensive trial and appellate experience appearing before the Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada. Rupert has also represented claimants in institutional abuse claims involving the Mount Cashel Orphanage and Indian Residential Schools.
