Samantha is an employment lawyer and founder of Seabrook Workplace Law, a boutique employment law firm that provides a goal-oriented approach to your employment law needs. Samantha’s experience in disability, workers’ compensation / WSIB, occupational health and safety, and human rights, ensures you get a broad perspective on your employment law matters. The firm offers advice to both employers and employees. Having trained and practiced at two of Canada’s most preeminent management-side labour and employment law firms, Samantha brings experience providing solutions to complex employment problems. Samantha uses an empathetic and rational approach to litigation, always with a view to controlling the damage and minimizing future risks for her clients. Samantha regularly speaks and writes on employment law topics, including accommodation of mental health disabilities, changes to the workers’ compensation system, workplace investigations, and due diligence in occupational health and safety. Samantha is active in her community. She sits on the board of directors of Alternatives Community Mental Health Clinic. Samantha also volunteers with StepStones for Youth, and as a Guider with Girl Guides of Canada.
