Sara specializes in workplace investigations and human rights education. Sara’s investigations are process solid and legally sound. She values efficiency and understands the time sensitive nature of investigations.

Sara is also skilled educator/facilitator, developing and delivering education programs to various levels of management, non-management, and union representatives. Her ability to connect with participants and facilitate tough human rights discussions creates ideal learning environments which can be leveraged by organizations to either strengthen existing healthy workplace cultures, or address and alter expectations and set a new direction. Sara has delivered hundreds of courses for the City of Toronto, including whole Departments with a staff base of between 100 to 2700.
