Sean joined the Insurance Litigation Group at Beard Winter in November 2011. Sean’s practice focuses on insurance defence litigation including personal injury, motor vehicle litigation, property damage, occupier’s liability, insurance coverage issues, subrogation and product liability claims. Sean obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Philosophy from the University of Toronto in 2004. He then received his Bachelor of Laws from Queen’s University in 2007. While at Queen’s, he was the recipient of the Canada Law Book Prize in Torts and earned a certificate in International Business Law from the International Study Centre in Hestmonceux, U.K. He was called to the bar in 2008.
