Sean McGarry is an experienced and practical litigator focusing on professional liability, product liability, class action defence and commercial disputes.

He is trusted by engineers, designers, manufacturers, distributors, directors, brokers and insurers on a wide variety of litigated matters. As lead counsel, Sean has successfully contested matters through summary judgment, private arbitration, trial and appeal.

Sean also maintains an insurance coverage practice. He represents both insurers and policy holders in coverage investigations and litigation if necessary. He has experience in duty to defend applications, broker errors & omissions, cyber security, wrap-up policies, builders’ risk, general liability, transportation/freight issues and excess insurance/towers. He frequently advises on associated risk management issues related to the insurance industry.
