My practice focuses primarily on personal injury litigation. I represent people who have been injured in car accidents, other accidents (such as slip-and-falls), and assaults. I help these individuals get fair compensation for their injuries, and make sure they have access to the insurance benefits to which they are entitled. Although my practice has always focussed on personal injury claims, I started my career working for ICBC and other insurers. This experience provided me with insight into how insurance companies assess and defend claims, and how best to advance claims in order to maximize my clients’ recovery.
In addition to personal injury claims, I also have experience with a wide variety of civil litigation including commercial litigation, estate litigation, shareholder disputes, and insurance coverage.
