Co-Head of the Banking & Secured Transactions practice group, Simon Grant advises on a broad range of financing and lending matters, with an emphasis on complex cross-border financial transactions.
He routinely acts for borrowers, credit providers and sponsors on debt facilities, complex M&A transactions and financings across industries, with particular experience serving clients in the mining and fintech industries.
Simon is also Co-Head of the cross-disciplinary Fintech practice group.
