Stacy is a Partner at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers LLP. Stacy has experience in all areas of civil litigation including medical malpractice, motor vehicle accident claims, long term disability claims, and occupier’s liability claims. Stacy is well-known for her client-focused approach in resolving disputes either through skillful negotiation or excellent courtroom advocacy.

In 2022, Stacy appeared before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta as part of an all-female trial team for a complex medical malpractice case resulting in pediatric injury. She is a passionate advocate who believes in giving a voice to those that have been wrongfully injured.

In addition to her busy practice, Stacy proudly serves as the Head of Ethics and Diversity at Neinstein, where she is responsible for implementing and ensuring ongoing compliance with the Law Society of Ontario’s (LSO) Human Rights and Diversity Policy and objectives.

Stacy is active in the Hellenic (Greek) community and speaks fluent Greek.
