Steven practices exclusively in the area of commercial leasing. He acts for landlords, tenants, developers, lenders and property managers in respect of industrial, commercial and office leases.

Steven has been a guest lecturer for the Law Society of Ontario, The Canadian Bar Association, The Institute for International Research, The International Council of Shopping Centres and CIPREC. He is listed annually in The Canadian Legal LEXPERT Directory in the “Consistently Recommended” category for leading Toronto property leasing lawyers and in The Best Lawyers™ in Canada for commercial leasing and real estate law.
