Steven Marmer is an experienced financial services lawyer with an emphasis on syndicated financings, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional structured financings. He regularly represents Canadian and US banks, private financial institutions and corporations in connection with structuring and negotiating financing transactions. Steven’s experience includes leading acquisition financings, cross-border transactions, asset-based loans, first lien/second lien and subordinated debt transactions, major syndicated credit facilities and debt offerings.
Steven is a coauthor of the 2022 and 2023 editions of “The Acquisition and Leveraged Financial Review” published by The Law Reviews.
