Suzanne Dalton is a founding partner of Dalton Law. Prior to founding her family law firm, she practiced in one of the Province’s top family and divorce law litigation practice groups after graduating with her Juris Doctor from Allard Hall, University of British Columbia’s law school. During her time at Allard Hall, she was active as a member of the executive for the Indigenous Law Students Association, advancing awareness of Aboriginal issues. Suzanne returned to Alberta after spending numerous years in the Okanagan Valley as a business owner and being an active member of the community. Suzanne possesses experience in handling disputes of all conflict levels.
Suzanne is passionate about Family Law and is committed to assisting her clients navigate the turbulent waters of separation and divorce in the healthiest way possible by creating a forum where couples come to an appropriate solution in a cooperative way. Having come to the practice of law later in life has provided Suzanne with a wealth of practical experience from which a client can draw including business ownership, the raising of three dynamic children, and coaching individuals to achieve their highest potential. Suzanne was raised in a military family and has lived throughout Canada, the United States, and Germany and is also fluent in both French and English.
Outside the profession, Suzanne has competed in and coached mountain biking, karate, swimming, and soccer. Suzanne has also been actively involved in the Arts community as she has performed in and directed numerous theatrical performances.
