Tess is building a legal practice as part of the firm’s Business Law group. Her work comprises general corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as other corporate and commercial matters.

During her legal studies at Osgoode Hall, Tess was actively involved with the Parkdale Community Legal Clinic as a student caseworker, conducting legal research and providing legal information to the community.

Tess worked at McMillan as a summer and articling student before being called to the Ontario bar in 2021.
