Tracy advises clients and colleagues on a broad range of legal issues related to both defined benefit and capital accumulation plans across Canada, including plan design, administration, governance and continuous regulatory compliance. She also advises clients in various Caribbean jurisdictions on fiduciary duties and governance best practices.
