Wael Rostom is a highly accomplished restructuring and insolvency lawyer, advising on numerous high-profile Canadian, US and European restructuring proceedings. He advises on complex corporate reorganizations as well as workouts, distressed M&A transactions, receiverships and bankruptcies.

He also advises privately appointed and court appointed receivers, court appointed monitors and trustees in bankruptcy.
