Zach has a natural instinct to help those in need and an ability to connect with people and reassure them when they are feeling overwhelmed.

When Zach tells you he once thought of pursuing a career as a police officer it is easy to understand why. He has a natural instinct to help those in need and an ability to connect with people and reassure them when they are feeling overwhelmed. His practice is focused on helping families through the estate administration process, advising and guiding clients with their estate plans, acting on residential real estate purchases and sales, and assisting individuals with family law agreements.

Taking the time at the outset to get to know his clients, and their family and financial affairs, helps Zach prepare estate plans that meet their unique needs, minimize probate tax and reduce the potential for future disputes. He helps many estate trustees and executors through the often emotional and difficult process of administering an estate by identifying the priorities and the actions that can be deferred, and helping to execute each of the steps as they arise.

While he may not yield a badge, through the law, Zach has found a way to make a positive impact on his clients’ lives. Being able to tell his clients that their legal issue has been resolved and that they no longer have to worry is his reward at the end of the day.
