Since being called to the Bar, Zainab has been exclusively practicing in the field of immigration, citizenship and refugee law.Zainab has experience advising and representing individuals in various immigration applications including, refugee claims, temporary and permanent residence applications, family class sponsorship applications, humanitarian and compassionate ground applications. Zainab has also handled corporate immigration matters including advising employers on immigration options for hiring foreign workers and applying for permanent residence.Zainab represents clients at the Federal Court of Canada on Judicial Review Applications and regularly appears before the Immigration and Refugee Board including the Refugee Protection Division, Refugee Appeal Division, Immigration Division and Immigration Appeal Division.
